Which bank has the best one-year fixed deposit/GIC/etc low-risk investment rate? - fixed rate investments
Since I am abroad for a year I am happy to park my money in a fixed deposit, GIC or other investment opportunity with low risk with a guaranteed return. Who knows which bank is the best price for what I'm looking for is? I am new to this and so by the amount of information that I overwhelmed by banks.

Invest in a CD or a better bank, the U.S. Treasury. No federal income taxes on the U.S. Treasury.
Premium Money Market Fund, which amounts to only a few percentage points per year, but the fluid like cash at any time, be used to buy shares in order to observe moments of my bank is. This is what I do until I find something better.
