It makes no sense to me. Why not a car you buy the game with a warranty? I can imagine that the auction is that it is their money, the dealer has no risk and can get stuck with a lemon.

Honestly, it depends on how much you trust a car dealer (note - unless your good friend ... do not trust him), and even then it is difficult. Here's why: - The sale of all vehicles "State" means any commitment to any repairs or problems. * * You can have a great car with the best intentions for you, but have many problems. All the car that you buy "is as is" * * by a mechanic before buying to check for problems. You have time to have a car too much land to be inspected dealer mechanic. You will not be able to do with a car, he / she is applying for an auction. If he is willing to pick it up and cover the risks, while making an inspection before the purchase (If your garbage and Don9, I will), then it could decently. Auctions are usually made only with the announcements of the structural / damage to the frame and that's all. No promises, others have used your vehicle.

Two things. If you accept this kind, why not reach an agreement.
Even if I have confidence to reject the right to keep the car.

It is better to go to her auction.
